These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through signasport.be and to the use of our website and services.
The website and online store are operated by SignaSport CommV, registered in Belgium under company and VAT number BE 0791.663.421.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Our Products
SignaSport specialises in signed sports memorabilia, including signed football shirts, goalkeeper gloves and framed memorabilia.
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately. Due to differences in screens, photography and the individual nature of memorabilia, colours and appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed online.
Many of our products are individually hand-signed. Where several examples of the same signed product are available, the exact position, size and appearance of the signature may therefore vary from the product shown in the photographs.
Such normal variations do not affect the authenticity of the item.
2. Authenticity
Authenticity is fundamental to the products we sell.
Where applicable, products are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and/or authentication from an independent third-party authentication provider.
The type of authentication or certificate supplied with an item may be specified on the relevant product page.
Certificates, authentication stickers, holograms, serial numbers and other authentication materials supplied with an item form part of the product and should be retained.
3. Orders
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in the event of an obvious pricing error, incorrect product information, suspected fraud or lack of availability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and correct before placing your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided as an indication only. Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at signasport48@gmail.com.
Please include clear photographs of the item, its packaging and any visible damage. We may also request photographs of the shipping label or other information necessary to investigate the issue.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

Returned memorabilia must include all accompanying Certificates of Authenticity, authentication materials, documentation and other items originally supplied with the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Personalised Products
Certain products that are made or personalised specifically according to a customer's individual instructions may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable consumer law.
Where such an exception applies, this will be communicated where appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered.
9. Product Availability
Some memorabilia offered by SignaSport may be unique or available only in limited quantities.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it. An item may remain available to other customers until an order has been successfully completed.
If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where necessary.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the SignaSport website, including its layout, text, graphics and SignaSport branding, is owned by or licensed to SignaSport and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, club names, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
The sale of memorabilia featuring third-party intellectual property does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation unless expressly stated.
11. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorised access to our systems or use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of SignaSport or third parties.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, SignaSport is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was concluded.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Certain information may therefore also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary for the operation of our online store.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legislation.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version that was in effect when your order was placed.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and purchases made through our website are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the law of your country of residence.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
