Your signed memorabilia deserves to arrive safely. Every SignaSport order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after your order has been confirmed.

Every parcel is insured and includes Track & Trace. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code allowing you to follow your parcel until delivery.

Our shipping partners

We arrange our shipments through MyParcel and primarily ship with DPD. Depending on the destination and shipment, we may also use Bpost, DHL or PostNL.

Carefully packed

Signed shirts, framed memorabilia and other collectibles are carefully packed for transport. Framed items receive additional protective packaging to help protect both the frame and the memorabilia during delivery.

International delivery

We ship Signasport memorabilia internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. You will always receive a Track & Trace code once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged parcel?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the parcel, the packaging and the damaged item. This allows us to assess the situation and assist you as quickly as possible.

Parcel not received?

If your tracking information shows an issue or your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us. If your order still has not arrived, please notify us no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date, so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
